Fertility and Acupuncture

Gentle, attuned support as you navigate the unknown

Whether you’re just beginning to think about having a baby, actively trying, or somewhere in between, fertility can stir up a complex mix of excitement, hope, fear, and urgency. It’s easy to feel overwhelmed by information and isolated in your experience.

You may be navigating irregular cycles, hormone imbalances, unexplained infertility, miscarriage, or the physical and emotional intensity of assisted reproductive technology (ART). No matter where you are, you don’t have to do this alone.

Individualized care that meets you where you are- whether you’re trying to conceive naturally, working with an IUI or IVF team, or freezing your eggs to preserve fertility. My approach combines evidence-based support with a steady presence and long-term perspective. There’s no pressure. Together, we’ll find what your body needs to function optimally and what you need throughout the process.

This is care that evolves with you.

How I support your fertility journey

Cycle tracking & regulation – We use acupuncture and lifestyle tools to support healthy ovulation, reduce PMS, and improve menstrual health.

Support for conception – Whether trying to conceive naturally or preparing for IUI or IVF, treatments are timed to enhance each phase of your cycle and the quality and quantity of your eggs.

IVF & IUI support – Acupuncture can improve blood flow to the uterus and ovaries, reduce medication side effects, and support implantation and early pregnancy.

Miscarriage support – Gentle care for physical recovery, emotional healing, and eventual readiness to try again.

Nervous system regulation – Stress and fertility are deeply intertwined. Each session offers space to calm and reset your system.

Ongoing partnership – I see myself as part of your team and a resource. I’ve helped hundreds of women where you are. I’m here to collaborate and to help you to understand and advocate for what you need.

What you can expect

Your first appointment will be in two parts:

  • a 45-minute virtual intake and

  • a 60-minute in-person treatment.

We’ll review your cycle history, labs (if applicable), and map out a care plan. Regular weekly are recommended to help the body respond to support over time.

You’ll receive clear recommendations, honest feedback, and compassionate care- without judgment or pressure.

"I have been seeing Dr. Nikki prior to my first pregnancy. I began seeing her for fertility and continued seeing her for pregnancy health and postpartum recovery. She is gentle, kind and much more than a provider. I look forward to each session and feel like this is one of the best things I can do for my body. Highly recommend!“

You don’t need to hold it alone.

Fertility work can feel so private and invisible, even to those closest to you. Sometimes I am the only person people tell outside of their relationship. I’m here to help you feel better in your body and less alone in the process.
