Fee for Service

• Initial Visit $260 (2 parts, 45-minute virtual and 60-minute in-person together)

• Ongoing Appointments $165

Forms of Payment

I accept all credit cards and health savings account cards (HSA/FSA cards).

Credit cards payments are powered by Square.

Insurance/Superbills Coverage

I do not bill insurance directly for clients but I can provide you with a “superbill”, which is a detailed receipt that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

Many clients with PPO insurance that include out-of-network coverage use these bills to help to meet their deductibles and reduce out-of-pocket expenses overtime.
