Many women are living with a constant background level of output.

Caring, working, organizing, anticipating needs, and holding emotional space for others. The nervous system rarely receives a true off switch. Over time, the body often begins to signal through disrupted sleep, hormone shifts, anxiety, tension, irritability, depletion, or pain.

This is not a failure. This is the body asking for a different rhythm.

This Mother’s Day weekend, I’m so excited to collaborate with Stephanie Forster of Preggo Pilates for a restorative afternoon created especially for mothers, caregivers, and women in every season of life.

This gathering is designed as an opportunity to step briefly out of the pattern of constant output and into a space of receiving, flow, and nervous system nourishment.

Through gentle movement, supported rest, and communal acupuncture, we create the conditions for the body to downshift together. Lying comfortably with bolsters and blankets, participants are guided into collective regulation, allowing your system to settle in a way that is often difficult to access alone.

We close with nourishing food and community to help ground and integrate the experience before returning to daily life.

What to Expect

Restorative Pilates

Gentle, intelligent movement guided by Stephanie. Think cat/cow, pelvic floor love, breath, alignment, and reconnecting with your center.

Communal Acupuncture

Mat-based ear acupuncture while lying down in comfort. Deep rest, nervous system regulation, and the powerful experience of healing in community.

Nourishing Snacks

Mediterranean-inspired charcuterie boards for us hungry girls. Grounding, satisfying, and part of the medicine.

We intentionally scheduled this retreat later in the day so you can enjoy the breakfast-in-bed moments, family gatherings, or morning traditions before gifting yourself an afternoon of true care.
