Insurance Coverage

Many insurance policies cover acupuncture and Chinese medicine.

I am happy to check your benefits to see:

• What services your policy covers

• What is your deductible

• How much, if any is left on your deductible to meet before your benefits begin

• What is your co-pay per visit

• How many visits per year you are allowed

Forms of Payment

For deductibles or non-insurance payments I accept personal check, cash, and all types of credit cards and health savings account cards.

Credit cards payments are powered by Square.

No Insurance Coverage?

For uninsured clients, a fee at time of service rate will apply to your services:

• Initial Visit $250 (2 parts, 45-minute virtual and 60-minute in-person)

• Ongoing In-Person Appointment $160

• Virtual Consultation $100/$150 (30-minute/45-minute)
